Tele Caller:
As a Telecaller at TwoWheelerZone, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and offer support regarding our products and services. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Sales Executive:
As a sales executive, you’ll be responsible for selling our range of two wheelers to our customers. You’ll work closely with other sales team members, showroom managers, and finance executives to deliver a smooth and hassle-free buying process. You’ll also provide excellent customer service, follow up with leads, and generate referrals.

Customer Care Executive:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients.
System Operator:
As an administrative assistant, play a crucial role in facilitating communication, organization, and productivity within the workplace. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various software applications is essential for effectively managing administrative tasks and supporting the overall functioning of an organization.
Service Advisor:
As as Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center or contacting us for maintenance and repair inquiries. You will assess their needs, provide expert advice on service options, and coordinate the scheduling and execution of service appointments with our skilled technicians.
Mechanic/Service Technician:
As a service technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing our customers’ two wheelers. You’ll work closely with other service team members, service center managers, and mechanics to deliver a high-quality and timely service. You’ll also provide technical advice, diagnose problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Accounts Manager:
As an Accounts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data to inform business decisions, and implementing strategies to optimize our financial performance.
Mechanic/Service Technician:
As a service technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing our customers’ two wheelers. You’ll work closely with other service team members, service center managers, and mechanics to deliver a high-quality and timely service.
